M.A.S.R.O. will serve as a vehicle in which police agencies and school systems in Maryland
can combine their resources in order to further develop the school based policing effort throughout the state. Additionally,
this process will allow us to develop one model for the entire region. That model will be comprised of:
Law Enforcement
Law Related Education
Law Related Counseling and Mentoring
